The project was created in partnership with international designers and brands. Interiors feature natural stone, Italian kitchens with built-in Smeg appliances, Antonio Lupi sanitaryware in the bathrooms and Tom Dixon lighting. Shared areas are furnished with Dolce & Gabbana Casa pieces.
Only 49 residences in total keep the atmosphere of a private club even though the complex is part of a larger district. The homes focus on light and views: panoramic glazing, spacious living rooms and terraces.
A day here can start with a walk along the complex's green paths, then out to the island's beaches, marinas and promenades. Boutiques and restaurants are within walking distance.
