Skyparks is designed as a coherent vertical garden city, where the architecture serves one idea — life at height.

The project is not divided into separate blocks: it is a monolithic ensemble conceived as a vertical garden city. Dynamic facade lines, glass and natural stone create a sense of flight, while expansive terraces and hanging gardens soften the geometry.

At night the building turns into a glowing crystal, visible from different parts of the city. By day the silhouette shifts in the sun and at dusk.
