Two towers on the Beachfront shore

Seapoint is a residential complex of two towers on the first line of the island community Beachfront in Dubai Harbour.

The first tower rises 57 floors, the second — 42. The complex offers apartments with one, two and three bedrooms and penthouses with five and six bedrooms. Half-floors with four or five units are also released for sale separately.

Apartment layouts include separate balconies and a maid's room. The penthouses provide a reading room, a show kitchen, a main living room and a gym.

The views open onto the Persian Gulf, Ain Dubai, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Construction completes in April 2028.
