More than 21,000 kg of crystals and semi-precious stones are integrated into the structure of the building, forming an energy pyramid that strengthens balance and vital energy.

The architecture is created according to the principles of Vastu Shastra — the ancient science of the harmony of space and natural energies.

The project is certified at LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum level — the first such combination in the world for a residential building.

Ceiling heights range from 3.2 to 3.8 m, and up to 7.6 m in the duplexes and the penthouse.
