A residential complex in Business Bay shaped by the Pagani team, from layouts to interior pieces.

This is the world's first residential complex created in collaboration with an elite automotive brand. Pagani builds around 20 cars a year, and the brand's entire collection today numbers about 200 vehicles — the same scale of attention was applied here.

The whole building holds 83 residences, including a penthouse: housing density is low, and each apartment receives the attention usually reserved for a one-off object.

Brand founder Horacio Pagani personally oversees every step of the team — his approach to his own projects is what this house was built on.

The finishes use premium materials: the bathrooms feature a rare marble quarried in Australia. The furniture is branded, the design exclusive, and every interior piece is handmade as a single copy.
