A resort and residences on the Palm's crescent

Atlantis The Royal is a resort and residence complex designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with living spaces rising above the water and the gardens.

The project draws on the surrounding ocean and the myth of Atlantis. In place of a utopian lost city, here is a real address on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah: residences and resort suites reaching upward, high gardens and panoramic pools set at height.

The resort faces the Dubai skyline across the waters of the Palm in one direction and the open sea and sky in the other. Every residence has an uninterrupted view of the sea or of the island's waters toward the city.

Interior design was commissioned from the Paris studio Sybille De Margerie Design: artists work with leather, metal, porcelain, glass and gold leaf. Residences receive generous living and entertaining areas, balconies or landscaped terraces.

Life here is built around water and greenery: gardens and pools are spread across the grounds, and the private beach serves dishes right by the water.

After sunset, as Dubai glows on the horizon, the pool lounge comes alive and becomes a place for evening rest.
